In Season: GrowNYC Gala

GrowNYC is celebrating 50 years of New York’s farm-to-city movement! For five decades, GrowNYC Greenmarkets have been the heart of New York City’s local food movement, where farmers, chefs, neighbors, and visitors come together to share in the abundance of regional agriculture and the spirit of community. From Union Square to markets across all five boroughs, Greenmarkets have become cultural landmarks that shape the city’s identity, nurture generations of farmers, and inspire both chefs and home cooks.

In Season is GrowNYC’s annual Gala and the culminating event of our 50th anniversary season. Inspired by the energy of Fashion Week and the purpose of Climate Week, the evening presents food and sustainability as style: fresh, intentional, and beautifully grown. Guests will experience curated culinary stations, interactive drink pairings, and an editorial, design-forward atmosphere that highlights everything local, from peak-season produce to thoughtfully sourced materials.
