The Fort Washington Greenmarket has connected local farms and farmers to this Washington Heights neighborhood since 2010. Every Tuesday, throughout the season, neighborhood residents, as well as staff and students from New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Columbia University Medical Center, can find a diverse selection of locally-grown and produced foods throughout the market. Beyond shopping, visitors can enjoy cooking demonstrations, educational programs, and pick up free recipes at the Market Information Tent.
