Market Guest Tabling Request

GrowNYC occasionally hosts NYC-based non-profit organizations and city agencies whose missions align with ours. Approved guests may distribute literature and conduct community outreach, provided there is available space.

Guidelines & Restrictions(Required)

– Prohibited Activities: No sales, memberships, donations, petitions, or political campaigning.
– Requirements: Guests must bring their own equipment (tables/chairs) and provide insurance.
– No parking, electricity, or facilities are provided.

Not Permitted:
– Political, faith-based, or animal adoption groups.
– Medical services, research recruitment, or school/daycare enrollment.
– For-profit businesses (Contact info@grownyc.org for sponsorship).

If your organization is eligible, please fill out the form below. Note: Due to high volume, we may not respond to ineligible requests.

If approved, you must provide:
– Materials: Copies of all literature or giveaways for review.
– Insurance: A Certificate of Insurance (COI) featuring: Minimum $3 million general liability, specific “Additional Insured” language (details provided upon approval). Certificate Holder: Council on the Environment Inc. GrowNYC, PO Box 2327, NY, NY 10272.
